I’m Casey Halsey, a proud Tri Cities native, representing the heart of East Tennessee. From Fridays under the lights of J. Fred at Dobyns Bennett High School to shouting ‘Go Bucs’ at East Tennessee State University, this region runs deep in my veins. Family is everything to me—I tied the knot with my amazing wife, Heather, back in 2015, and together, we’re raising two incredible kiddos, Hayden and Brooklyn. In June of 2023, alongside Kelly West and Holly Humphrey, we seized the opportunity to acquire Summit Properties and become not only business partners but lifelong friends.
In less than a year, we’ve transformed Summit Properties into a thriving brokerage, now boasting over 25 agents and counting. But for us, it’s not just about the numbers—it’s about the people. We pour our hearts into nurturing our agents, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive in this industry the right way.
My journey in real estate began as an investor, but it didn’t take long for me to realize that my true calling was helping others navigate the exhilarating world of homeownership and investing.
