With a combined 20+ years of experience in the real estate industry, they bring a deep understanding of the business, strong leadership, and a passion for helping others succeed. What sets them apart is their commitment to being present. Does Summit have desk fees?
No! At Summit Properties, our agents do not pay desk fees. We believe our agents should have access to the resources they need without unnecessary costs. Use our office space whenever you need, print materials, work from a desk, use a computer, check out books, and take advantage of everything Summit has to offer, we don’t charge our agents for these resources.
What does Summit provide for their agents?
We provide the tools, resources, and support you need to succeed. Summit agents have access to for-sale signs, open house signs, marketing tools, a Canva membership, office space, coaching, mentoring, classes, and so much more. Our goal is to give our agents the resources they need to focus on what they do best, serving their clients.

Helping new agents succeed is one of our passions! We provide bi-weekly coaching sessions for all agents, along with mentoring opportunities, one-on-one accountability, and personalized support. At Summit, you’re never just a number, we make time to help you build confidence, grow your business, and create a successful career in real estate.
What is your commission split?
Summit offers an 80/20 commission split with a $15,000 annual cap. Summit collects 20% of your commission until you reach your $15,000 cap. Once you hit your cap, you keep 100% of your commission until your anniversary date resets.
