Hey there! I’m Kelly West, and East Tennessee has always been home to my heart. I’ve spent my life loving this community, and when I decided to get my real estate license over 11 years ago, I had no idea just how much that decision would change my life.
I’m married to my best friend, Donnie, and together we’ve raised three amazing children—Maci, Emma, and Cannon. Our family is deeply rooted in this community. We are active members of Grace Point Fellowship Church in Kingsport, where I have the privilege of serving on the worship team, and Donnie and I both volunteer wherever we’re needed. From Elizabethton to Kingsport, we’ve spent years supporting and coaching our kids’ teams, and we truly believe in pouring into the people and places that make this area so special.
Real estate has given me more than a career—it’s given me purpose. It has opened doors I never imagined, introduced me to incredible people, and allowed me to serve others during some of the most important moments of their lives. I thank God daily for the opportunity to do what I love and trust Him to guide me every step of the way.
One of the greatest blessings this career has brought me is my partnership with my best friend, Holly Humphrey. What started as a friendship naturally grew into a team—The Home Town Group—which now includes two of the people I’m most proud of: my daughters. Maci has been a REALTOR for five years, and Emma for two, and working alongside them has been one of the greatest joys of my life.
Early in my career, I was surrounded by leaders who showed me how to do real estate the right way—with integrity, consistency, and a heart for serving others. That foundation inspired a passion in me to mentor and develop agents, helping them build not just successful businesses, but meaningful careers.
That passion led Holly and me to take a leap of faith and purchase Summit Properties in June of 2023. Our vision has always been simple: create a place where agents can grow, be supported, and do real estate the right way.
Today, I have the privilege of working alongside my daughters, my closest friends, and a team that feels like family. Being trusted by clients to guide them through some of life’s biggest decisions is something I never take lightly. It’s an honor, it’s humbling—and it’s something I am forever grateful for.
