Amar was great to work with. He knew the area well, was very responsive and knowledgeable, and was able to work with the other realtors to allow us to close in an abnormal circumstance. We had to extend the closing date by about two and a half weeks due to no fault of our own, and he was able to pacify the sellers and negotiate with them to allow our extensions. Would definitely use him again if we are going to look for a new home in the area (or sell ours)

Working with Scott has been a wonderful experience, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I did not know him before I asked him to help sell our property, but did so based on other reviews. I'm so thankful I did. He was terrific through the entire process. He helped me locate someone to install a dishwasher in 2 days when Lowes and Sears said it would take more than a week to find someone to do the task. He came up with a creative way to describe the property as having 3 bedrooms rather than 2 bedrooms and a family room, making it more attractive to a larger group of buyers. He arranged for a video to be made of the property that was extremely appealing. On the first day the house was on the market, we had 2 offers, and Scott was working calling us and coordinating with them well past 9 PM that night. And we were under contract that first day. Then Scott handled getting the repairs done requested by the buyer and helped with seeing that the appraisal and all the details running up to the closing went smoothly. You couldn't ask for a better agent to work harder for your interests. I feel so fortunate to have been able to work with him.
